Where do you get your couches?
We source our inventory from high-end homes and estates throughout the Denver Metro area. We hand-pick every piece to ensure it meets our standards for style, durability, and comfort before it ever reaches our site.
How are the couches cleaned?
We don’t just "wipe them down." Every couch at 24 Hour Couches goes through a rigorous, professional-grade restoration process before it’s listed:
- Deep Extraction: We use high-suction industrial extractors to pull out dust, allergens, and deep-seated debris from the fabric.
- High-Heat Steam: Our 212°F steam treatment sanitizes the upholstery and kills bacteria without using harsh chemicals.
- Detailed Vacuum & Lint Removal: We perform a 360-degree vacuum and lint-roll, ensuring every crevice (even under the cushions) is spotless.
- Structural & Cosmetic Repair: From tightening loose legs to minor fabric repairs and "de-pilling," we make sure the couch looks and feels structurally sound.
Our Goal: You shouldn't be able to tell the couch was ever in someone else's home.
Can I see a couch in person before buying?
To keep our prices low and our delivery speeds under 24 hours, we operate as an inventory-first business and do not maintain a retail showroom. However, we offer the 24-Hour "Love It or Swap It" Guarantee.
We know it’s hard to tell if a couch perfectly matches your space until it’s actually in your living room. If it arrives and isn’t exactly what you were looking for—or if it doesn't fit the way you imagined—don't sweat it.
The Swap Policy:
- 72-Hour Window: Submit a request within 72 hours of delivery.
- Easy Exchange: Choose any other couch currently on our website.
- No Extra Fees: We cover the cost of the swap, the moving, and the redelivery. You only pay the difference in price between the two items (or we refund you the difference!).
Is it really 24 hour delivery?
Yes! We pride ourselves on the fastest turnaround in Colorado. If the item is in stock and you are within our local service area, we aim to have it at your door within 24 hours.
The Fine Print: * Monday – Saturday: Full 24-hour delivery is in effect.
- Sundays: We take Sundays off to recharge! Any orders placed on Saturday evening or Sunday will be prioritized for delivery first thing Monday morning.
How much does shipping cost?
$0. Delivery is 100% Free. We believe a couch is the heart of the home, and you shouldn't have to pay extra just to get it through your front door. Whether you’re in Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, or even tucked away in a mountain town, we deliver at no cost to you—no questions asked.
What is your return policy?
Our Return & "Love It or Swap It" Policy
At 24 Hour Couches, we believe you shouldn't have to commit to a piece of furniture until you see how it actually feels in your living room.
The "Love It or Swap It" Guarantee
If your couch arrives and it’s not exactly what you were looking for—or if it doesn't fit or match your space the way you imagined—we’ll make it right.
- 72-Hour Window: You have 3 full days after delivery to submit a swap request.
- Easy Exchange: Pick any other couch currently available on our website.
- We Handle the Rest: We’ll come back, pick up the original couch, and deliver the new one.
- The Cost: You only pay the difference in price between the two items (if the new one is cheaper, we refund you the difference!). Moving and delivery for the swap are 100% on us.
The No-Pressure Delivery
We want you to be 100% happy before a single dollar changes hands. When our driver arrives, take your time to inspect the couch. If you don't love it right then and there, you don't have to keep it. We only finalize the sale once you’re confident it’s the right fit for your home.
Post-72 Hour Policy
Due to the nature of high-end furniture resale, we cannot accept returns or swaps after the 72-hour window has passed.
Do you take away my old couch?
As of right now, we do not offer a standard haul-away service for old or damaged furniture. This allows us to keep our delivery trucks clean and our schedule fast for all our customers.
However, we are always looking for quality pieces!
If your current couch is in good, clean condition and you’re looking to part with it, we’re happy to take a look.
- How it works: Send us 3–4 clear photos of your current couch via text or email.
- The Benefit: If it’s a good fit for our inventory, we may be able to haul it away for free when we deliver your new one—and in some cases, we can even offer you a trade-in credit toward your purchase!
