Frequently asked questions
Where do you get your couches?
We source our inventory from homes and estates throughout Colorado, from downsizing families to people simply ready for a new look. Every couch, no matter where it comes from, goes through the same rigorous inspection and restoration process before it's ever listed. If it doesn't meet our standards for cleanliness, structure, and comfort, it doesn't make the cut.
How are the couches cleaned and restored?
Restoration isn't a quick wipe-down here. Every couch goes through the same 10-step process before it's ever listed for sale:
1. Structural Inspection
We remove the dust cover and get a full look at what's underneath, checking the frame, springs, and every joint for weakness or damage.
2. Frame & Leg Repair
Any structural issues get repaired or reinforced on the spot. Broken, cracked, or wobbly legs aren't patched, they're replaced with new ones entirely.
3. Cover Removal
All removable covers come off the couch to be cleaned separately, ensuring every inch gets properly treated.
4. Industrial Wash
Covers go through an industrial-grade wash cycle, the kind of deep clean a home washing machine simply isn't built for.
5. Zipper & Seam Check
Every zipper and seam gets checked by hand for loose stitching, small tears, or weak points.
6. Upholstery Repair & Restuffing
Any issues found in step 5 get repaired or patched before the couch moves forward in the process. Cushions and pillows that have gone flat or lost their shape are restuffed, so the couch doesn't just look renewed, it feels that way too.
7. Deep Extraction Treatment
For fabric pieces, we use a professional extraction emulsifier paired with a Mytee 8070 heated extractor to pull dust and deep-set debris out of the fibers, not just off the surface.
8. Leather Care
For leather couches, we use a dedicated leather cleaner and conditioner to lift dirt and restore the material's natural softness and finish, helping prevent the cracking and drying untreated leather is prone to over time.
9. Pilling & Lint Removal
We go over every inch with a lint shaver, clipping loose threads and removing pilling so the fabric looks and feels newer, not worn.
10. Final Detail Vacuum & Quality Check
A full vacuum pass, cushions included, catches anything left behind, even in the crevices most people never check. The couch only moves to listing once it passes this final check.
Our Honesty Policy
If there's any wear or staining we simply can't remove, we don't hide it. It'll always be shown clearly in the photos and video for that listing, so you know exactly what you're getting before it ever shows up at your door.
Can I see a couch in person before buying?
Yes, in the best way possible: right in your own home. We don't operate a traditional showroom. Instead of asking you to imagine how a couch will look and feel in your space, we deliver it straight to your living room so you can see it in person, in the one place that actually matters most.
When our driver arrives, take your time. Sit on it, check the fabric, see how it looks in the light. You don't pay a dollar until you're confident it's the right fit.
How can you afford to deliver before payment?
Two reasons: confidence and cost savings.
Every couch that comes through our doors goes through a full restoration process before it's ever listed, structural repairs, industrial cleaning, deep extraction, and a final quality check. By the time it reaches your driveway, we already know it's clean, sound, and ready for your home. We're not gambling on an unknown item, so there's no reason to make you gamble either.
On top of that, we don't lease a prime showroom. That's a major fixed cost most furniture retailers have to build into every price tag, and we simply don't carry it. Instead of spending that money on rent, we put it toward a model that actually works better for you: no pressure, no upfront risk, and a couch you get to fully approve before a single dollar changes hands.
Put those two things together, and the answer becomes simple. We trust what we're delivering, and we've built a business that can afford to let you decide for yourself, in your own home, before you commit.
Is it really 24-hour delivery?
Yes. Buying a couch shouldn't mean waiting weeks for something that should be a simple, good transaction. That's why we built our own online booking system: right at checkout, you choose your own delivery window, as soon as 24 hours out if you want it fast, or scheduled up to a week later if that works better for your life. Either way, it's on your schedule, not somebody else's backlog.
The fine print:
- Monday through Saturday: full 24-hour delivery is in effect.
- Sundays: we take Sundays off to recharge, so Sunday isn't available as a delivery day. You can still book any other day or window that works for you, right up to a week out.
How much does shipping cost?
$0. Delivery is 100% free. We believe a couch is the heart of the home, and you shouldn't pay extra just to get one through your front door. Whether you're in Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, or tucked away in a mountain town, we deliver at no cost to you, no questions asked.
What's your delivery window, and do I need to be home?
You choose your own delivery window at checkout, so you'll always know when to expect us. You don't personally need to be home, but someone does, and that person needs to be able to pay for the couch, decide if it's the right fit, and help carry it inside.
If nobody's home when we arrive, or if the person there can't do those things, we're not able to complete the delivery or collect payment. So make sure whoever's covering for you is fully in the loop before your selected window.
Do you deliver to apartments or condos with stairs or elevator-only access?
Yes. Stairs, elevators, tight hallways, it doesn't matter, we'll get it done. As long as someone's there to help carry it in, we'll deliver to any type of building, and there's never an extra fee for stairs or elevator access.
What's your return policy?
We don't have a traditional return policy, because you don't need one. You don't pay until you're standing in your living room, confident the couch is the right fit. If it's not, you simply don't pay, and we take it back with us.
Once you've said yes and made the couch part of your home, it's backed by our 90-day structural warranty, starting from your delivery date.
What's covered: the frame, springs, legs, zippers, and seams. If something structural fails, meaning the couch itself was faulty, not something that happened to it, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What's not covered: rips, tears, stains, or damage caused by use, pets, kids, or accidents. If the couch breaks because it was carrying a weak spot from the start, that's on us. If it happens from daily life, that's a normal part of owning furniture.
What's your 90-day structural warranty?
Every couch we deliver is backed by a 90-day structural warranty, starting from your delivery date. It's our way of standing behind the quality of what we deliver, not just on day one, but for months after.
What's covered:
- Frame: if the internal frame fails or breaks down under normal use.
- Springs: if the spring system loses support or breaks.
- Legs: if a leg cracks, snaps, or fails under normal weight.
- Zippers: if a zipper breaks or fails on its own.
- Seams: if a seam comes apart on its own, not from being pulled or torn.
If any of these fail because of how the couch was originally built or restored, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What's not covered:
Rips, tears, stains, spills, pet damage, or wear and tear from everyday life. There's an important difference between a couch that breaks because something was wrong with it, and a couch that shows the normal signs of being lived in and loved. The warranty covers the first. It's not designed to cover the second.
The simplest way to think about it: if your couch fails you, we've got you. If life happens to your couch, that's just part of owning furniture.
Do you take away my old couch?
Not at this time. Right now we're focused on making sure your new couch delivery is as smooth as possible, so we're not offering old couch removal just yet. We're always looking at ways to improve the experience, so keep an eye out here if that changes in the future.
Can I request a specific style, size, or color?
Not currently. Our inventory moves fast, and what's available is always changing. Instead of requesting a specific piece, the best approach is to check back often, since new couches are added regularly, and the one you love might be posted today.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Not at this time. Since payment happens at delivery, once you've already approved the couch in your home, there's no need to finance something you haven't seen yet. We may explore payment plans down the road, but for now, our model keeps things simple: no debt, no interest, just pay once you're happy.
