Look through the current inventory or sectionals only.

From Olde Town to Candelas

We deliver across Arvada, from the historic streets of Olde Town and the Ralston Road corridor to the neighborhoods along Ralston Creek and out to newer northwest communities such as Candelas and Leyden Rock. If you're near Gold Strike Park, Lake Arbor or West Woods, you're covered too, along with every other Arvada address.

Fitting a couch into an Arvada home

Arvada mixes historic homes around Olde Town with much newer houses on the northwest side, and the right couch depends on which one you're in. An older house may have a narrow front door or a tight turn into the living room; a newer home might have a wide great room but a basement stair with a landing. Every listing shows the door clearance that couch needs. Measure the doorway, hallways and stairs, then compare. Modular couches come in pieces, and our small couches and cuddler chairs suit dens and smaller rooms.

Step by step

1. Find a couch and choose your delivery day when you book.
2. We bring it to you free. The driver helps carry it inside; please have one adult on hand to help.
3. Check it over. Couches are sold AS IS. Sit on it, look under the cushions, check the frame and the smell. If it's not for you, refuse it at the door for a full refund.
4. Pay only if it stays. No deposit and no charge before you accept it.

Pet and smoke history is shown as what the seller told us, written as a "Seller reports..." note. Photos show any wear we couldn't remove.

Our usual lineup

Sectionals of every common shape, L-shaped, U-shaped, with a chaise or storage ottoman, plus leather and faux leather, recliners and cuddler chairs. On a budget, see couches $500 and under. Stock changes every week.
