East and west of I-25
Centennial is split roughly in half by I-25, and we cover both sides. On the west side that includes Southglenn and the blocks around The Streets at Southglenn, Cherry Knolls, Homestead Farm, Heritage Greens, Foxridge, Willow Creek and Walnut Hills. East of the highway we deliver to Piney Creek, Smoky Hill and Jackson Farm. Those names come from the city's own HOA and neighborhood map, and the list is far from complete: if your address is in Centennial, delivery is free.
Townhome, condo or ranch house?
Centennial's map lists plenty of townhome and condo communities next to its single-family neighborhoods, and a couch that fits a ranch-style living room can be too long for a condo entry. Each listing shows the door clearance that couch needs. Measure your front door, the first turn inside and any stairs, then compare. For a smaller room, browse small couches and cuddler chairs; for a big basement, a modular sectional lets you add or drop pieces.
Why Centennial buyers choose delivery over a pickup deal
- No borrowed truck. Delivery is free, and the driver helps bring it inside. Please have one person on hand to help.
- Your call, at your door. Couches are sold AS IS. Look at the seams, the cushions and the frame. If it's wrong for you, refuse it at the door for a full refund.
- Clear history. Pet and smoke notes are written as what the seller told us, for example "Seller reports a smoke-free home." Any wear we couldn't remove shows in the photos.
Typical stock
Expect L-shaped and U-shaped sectionals, chaise sectionals, sets with storage ottomans, leather and faux leather, recliners and cuddler chairs. On a budget? See couches $500 and under. What's in stock changes week to week.
