Brighton neighborhoods on the map
We deliver to every Brighton neighborhood the City maps, from Downtown Brighton and the City Core out to the newer east-side communities. That includes Bromley Park, Bromley Creek, Brighton Crossing, Brighton East Farms, Farmlore, Ridgeline Vista, Indigo Trails, Platte River Ranch, Pheasant Ridge and the homes around Prairie Center. Brighton spills over into Weld County, and those addresses get free delivery as well.
Historic downtown or a new build
Downtown Brighton's historic district dates to 1880-1945, and some of its storefront buildings mix shops with homes upstairs. Older homes and upper-floor units can mean narrow doors and steep stairs. Newer subdivisions usually have wider entries but may send the couch down to a basement. Either way, each listing shows the door clearance that couch needs, so measure the door, the stairs and the tightest turn before you book. Modular couches come apart for tricky stairs, and our compact couches and cuddler chairs fit small rooms.
What a Brighton delivery looks like
- Book a window. Choose a two-hour delivery window between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Free, carried in. The driver brings it inside with you. Please have one more adult on hand to lift.
- Look it over first. Couches are sold AS IS. Check the cushions, the seams, the frame and the smell. Not right? Refuse it at the door for a full refund.
- Honest history. Pet and smoke notes come straight from the seller, written as "Seller reports...", and photos show any wear we couldn't remove.
