Parker neighborhoods on our route

We deliver across Parker, downtown and out. That includes Rowley Downs and the blocks off Mainstreet, Stonegate and Meridian Village to the north and west, Cottonwood, Canterberry Crossing on the east side, Anthology to the southeast, and Stroh Ranch, The Pinery and Pradera to the south. You'll also hear names like Idyllwilde, Clarke Farms and Bradbury Ranch; we go there too. Several neighborhoods with a Parker address sit outside Town limits in unincorporated Douglas County, and they get the same free delivery.

Sizing a couch for a Parker home

Parker grew one master-planned community at a time, so homes vary a lot from street to street. A wide-open family room might take a large U-shaped sectional, while a townhome or a house near downtown may call for something smaller. Each listing shows the door clearance that couch needs. Measure your entry door, the turn into the room and the stairwell if it's going downstairs, and compare. Pieces from our modular collection separate for tight turns, and small couches and cuddler chairs fit lofts and dens.

Buying used without the hassle

1. Pick it online and choose a delivery day when you book.
2. Free delivery to your door. The driver carries it in with you, so have one more person there to lift.
3. Check it in your living room. Couches are sold AS IS. Look at the frame, cushions and fabric. If it doesn't suit you, refuse it at the door for a full refund.
4. Pay if you keep it. Nothing is charged before you accept the couch.

Our listings also say what we know about pets and smoke, written as a "Seller reports..." line, and show any wear we couldn't remove.

Common finds

Most of what we sell is sectionals: L-shaped, U-shaped, chaise and storage-ottoman sets. We also stock leather and faux leather, recliners and statement pieces. Watching the budget? See couches $500 and under. Inventory changes every week.
